ALDE Productions is committed to making this website accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and its Accessibility Adjustments for Service Regulations, 5773-2013.
Level of accessibility
This site is built to Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.
Accessibility features on this site
The following adjustments have been implemented and verified by testing: • Full keyboard navigation — every link and button is reachable with the Tab key, with a clear, visible focus indicator • A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page • Semantic structure with landmark regions (main, nav, contentinfo) and exactly one top-level heading per page • Alternative text on all images; decorative images are marked as such so screen readers skip them • A contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for text on solid backgrounds — at rest, on hover and on keyboard focus • An accessibility widget on every page: text enlargement, high contrast and stop animations • Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" preference, including the scrolling between the site's screens • Tap targets of at least 44 pixels • Full support for Hebrew (RTL) and English (LTR), with correct language and direction on every page • Layouts adapted to phone screens and large displays
Known limitations
We are transparent about what is not yet perfect: • On a video-led portfolio, some headings are set over full-bleed photography. In those cases a fixed contrast ratio cannot be guaranteed against every frame. We add a text shadow and increase the font weight over imagery to improve legibility, and all essential information also appears as regular text on a solid background. • The video players are provided by third parties — YouTube for most films, Cloudflare Stream for the rest. In both cases some of the player's controls are outside our markup and may not be fully accessible. Encountered a barrier? Please contact us and we will address it promptly.
